Working fast with low gravity around the court is considered nessecary for badminton players. Moving fast towards the shuttle is only one part of being fast. The other part is getting away from the shuttle fast after you have hit it. That change is defined by a directional change.
Feeding 12 shuttles
Player must be at the center, and the feeder just in front of the player.
2) Hip agility, twist in the hip for improved speed
3) Active feet
