Fruit Plate:
– Banana, Kiwi, Apples, and oranges.

– Drip Coffee or Jasmine green tea.

Carrot Ginger Soup
– 2 cup of carrots chopped
– 2 cups of vegetable broth
– 1 pinch of salt and everything bagel seasoning
– 1 tbsp of ginger
– 1 shallot chopped

{ad} Some people might say that ramen is the best kind of men… Who agrees? 😜🍜 My second recipe for #NationalCannedFoodMonth is the easiest (non-instant) ramen you’ll ever make. Canned veggies have become my best friend since they save so much prep time, leaving more time for family and friends, AND I can still get all the produce I want no matter the season 🙌🏼⁣ —⁣ ⁣ Recipe (4 servings):⁣ – 1 can whole kernel corn⁣ – 1 can sliced carrots ⁣ – 1 can bamboo shoots ⁣ – 3 cups ginger miso broth⁣ – 1/2 cup water⁣ – 2 cans medium shrimp, drained and rinsed ⁣ – 8 oz. ramen noodles, fresh or dried ⁣ – 2 eggs⁣ – Green onion ⁣ – Seaweed ⁣ ⁣ In a large pot, bring broth and water to a boil. Once broth is boiling, add noodles and cook according to package. When noodles are almost done cooking, add shrimp and cook until they are opaque, about 2 minutes. In a smaller pot, fill with water and bring to a boil. Once water is boiling, use a slotted spoon to lower eggs into water. Set a timer for 6.5 minutes, maintaining a gentle boil. Once they are done boiling, immediately transfer the eggs to an ice bath and let them sit for at least 2 minutes. Ladle broth, noodles, and shrimp into a bowl. Top with corn, carrots, bamboo shoots, half an egg, and garnish with green onion, and seaweed. Sprinkle on sesame seeds or add crushed red pepper for a kick. Enjoy!
